  • Smart Ecology (Bio-Digital): Low-power sensors and a district digital twin to monitor water quality, canopy health, urban heat, and biodiversity; open data dashboards for citizens.
  • Cultural Resonance: Forms, textures, and patterns referencing Persian garden logics and canal heritage; storytelling along the waterway.
  • Resilience & Climate: Urban cooling via shade trees + misting at nodes, permeable surfaces, floodable plazas, drought-tolerant planting, and heat-risk refuges.
